In late 2023, we received two generous donations. The first, a cash donation, allowed us to purchase a commercially-available, cloud-based inventory system that will help us to be more efficient and effective in inventory management. The second was a donation of handheld computers with barcode scanners.
Initial planning, training, and system set up commenced in January. On February 22 a small group of volunteers gathered to begin the process of entering inventory in the system. Over the next few months, additional workdays will be held to enter all inventory in the system.
